Social Media Account Director

Socialike is looking for an experienced manager to oversee our team of hard-working and creative individuals, and our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. We are looking for a passionate and motivated entrepreneur with a desire to help shape an organization where the sky’s the limit. What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of leadership
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and help promote a healthy and engaged company culture
  • Refine and optimize operational processes
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Evaluate and improve the customer experience
  • Develop vision to help evolve Socialike’s brand creatively

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years agency and managerial experience
  • Demonstrates competence in big picture strategic planning and business development Immaculate organizational and operational skills
  • Ability to collaborate well and passion to lead others
  • Effective monitoring, professional on-the-spot communication skills, quick decision-making, good judgment, ability to be calm in the face of stress, ability to think globally
  • Ability to deal professionally with clients Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • You have excellent communication (public speaking included) and interpersonal skills
  • You’re a problem-solver by nature
  • You have an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re extremely detail-oriented
